Located in busy Downtown Denver, Kaiser's Franklin Building needed extensive renovations to the mechanical portion of their facility. The scope of the project included a complete renovation of the central plant, a new high efficiency boiler, a new high efficiency chiller a new air handler and a new cooling tower.
