The Colorado School of Mines needed a new dormitory for its growing campus. Together with H + L Architects and Saunders Co., Apollo completed the Maple Hall dormitory project on time and within budget while achieving LEED Silver Certification.
Among the features of the housing project a $5M project value, 90,000 square feet, 105 resident rooms, 2 courtyard areas, 5 social lounges, music room, and conference rooms.
The dormitory can house up to 300 students and will generate revenue for the Colorado School of Mines.
