Apollo Solutions Group (ASG) worked with the City of Pateros staff with review and approval from the state of Washington Department of Enterprise Services to develop this Energy Savings Performance Contract.
Like many government buildings, Pateros’ structures were outdated and included aging infrastructure. Lighting, well pumps and heat
pump HVAC systems were upgraded, resulting in 12% annual reduction in energy usage. The energy project allows for increased comfort and reliability of systems as well as positive cash flow throughout life of project.
