James is a Program Manager serving clients throughout the Northwest. James is responsible for the funding and design of projects from the initial concept development to construction grade design, ranging from DDC Controls, HVAC, and other various mechanical retrofits, lighting, solar, and building envelope improvements. James has 20 years of design build construction experience in K-12 schools, office buildings and industrial projects. James has a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.
