Clark County Courthouse was not running as optimally as it could be with infrastructure that had exceeded its useful life. With the help of Apollo through an Energy Savings Performance Contract, Clark County Courthouse was able to incorporate facility improvement measures that reduced natural gas costs by 13%.
Improvements that were incorporated included a high efficiency boiler and an energy management system upgrade. A historical grant was used to fund the project as well as a $6,000 energy trust rebate
